A Product Genius is essentially a person who has vast knowledge about a product, an expert in their chosen industry or field. In the motor industry, that is no small feat as there is so much to learn and still more to discover. Therefore, learning is an ongoing process within the role of a product genius.
Once a product genius learns about a product, they also need to make sure they’re up to date with the latest upgrades or information available about that product. They would also need to be able to share that information with their colleagues and other employees in the company in a manner that is systematic and engaging.
